Lunch: Taco Bell(2 cheesy rollup and 1 stacker and soda((was doing doordash and needed food to eat on the road. Is less than I used to eat.))
Dinner: fried chicken and fries(got invited out to eat by a friend)

Lunch: Ham and cheese sandwich
Dinner: Spaghetti and beans
Other food: 2 pepsi
Exercise: Approximately 558 burned on my exercise bike

Breakfast: Bagel
Lunch: Ham and cheese sandwich
Dinner: spaghetti and side of peas
Other food: 2 Pepsi (needed for energy at my job. Used to have 3 but cut out the one for second break.)
Exercise: Burned approximately 381 calories on my exercise bike want to work up to approximately 500 each workout
Other notes plan to get a day calendar when I do grocery shopping Sunday to use in combination with the number of the day to take pictures of food with to verify my meals if requested.
I've listened to an affirmation video as my owner has commanded. I'm so grateful she has accepted me as her slave and publicly shown her claim on me. I'm grateful that she is willing to take the time and energy to help me better myself and help me make these positive changes in my life. I want to do whatever I can to make her happy and please her as thanks and as service to her.
