1. Agreement

This agreement sets out the legally binding terms of your use of the web site. These terms may be modified by Slave-Market.com, and such modifications will be effective upon posting by Slave-Market.com on the web site. This agreement includes Slave-Market.com's Privacy Policy, and any notices regarding the web site. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions you must not use this Website. Use of this web site is a not a right but a privilege and is subject to any limitations, conditions and restrictions established by us from time to time, in our sole discretion. We may alter, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the web site at any time, including the availability of any of its features or content. We may also impose limits on certain features and aspects of the web site or restrict your access to parts or all of the web site without notice or liability.

2. Age Limit

You must be at least 18 years old to sign up as a member of Slave-Market.com or use the web site. Memberships are void where prohibited. By using the web site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement.

3. Usage

The Services may not be accessed or used where prohibited by law. You understand that by accessing or using the Services, you may encounter content that may be deemed sexually explicit, mature, offensive, indecent or objectionable, which content may or may not be identified as having explicit language or adult themes, and which in certain circumstances may be due to your interactions with other users or members in the course of accessing or using the Services. In addition certain content and materials available on or through the Services are inappropriate for viewing by minors or by persons who do not wish to be exposed to sexually explicit material. YOU FULLY ASSUME ALL RISK OF LOSS AND RISK OF PERSONAL HARM ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, including but not limited to, any online or offline communications and personal interactions with others (such as dating or sexual encounters). It is your responsibility to take all advisable and necessary precautions when interacting with individuals you meet or come into contact with through the Services. Slave-Market.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to reject any profiles/accounts it deems unacceptable.

4. Advertising

You will not advertise other sites or businesses, attempt to scam or defraud members, send spam, advertise for services payable outside of Slave-Market.com, or anything related to advertising to our members or publish such information anywhere on the site. You will not attempt to obtain personal contact information, financial information, etc. from members you do not know, or against their wishes. Violating any of these will lead to a permanent ban of you and your account. In addition, Slave-Market.com keeps extensive logs and we will not hesitate to contact the police and/or our lawyer.

5. Accounts

You are only allowed to create one account (one account per unique person). Creating multiple accounts and/or impersonating other persons will lead directly to a permanent ban of you and all your accounts. Accounts are personal, and you are not allowed share your password with anyone. Only the owner of an account is allowed to sign in to it and to use it. We reserve the right to hand out any information we have about you to any police authority upon request. If there is an error in the information loaded, or any updates/changes to the information are required, please contact the staff promptly for assistance. You must provide a valid email address when creating your account, and we reserve the right to send you email related to our products and services.

6. Photos

If you choose to upload a photo, it must be of the member signing up for the service. If there is doubt as to the validity of the picture, then we reserve the right to request a salute photo at anytime during your membership on this site. Uploading fake profile photos, or inability to prove the validity of the photo if requested, will lead to a permanent ban of you and your account. You will not include in your profile any photos that are depicting any type of sexual act or photos that would be considered porn.

7. Monitoring of information

We reserve the right to monitor all the information you publish or display on the service or send to other members to ensure that you do not violate our terms of use and applicable laws.

8. Removal of information

While we do not and cannot review all the information you publish or display on the service or send to other members, and are not responsible for any content of these messages or materials, we reserve the right, but are not obligated, to delete, move, or edit messages or materials, that we, in our sole discretion, deem to violate our terms of use.

9. Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel your membership at any time for any reason, without prior notice. The reason will be justified if this becomes necessary; however Slave-Market.com is under no obligation to provide such justification. Inactive accounts might be deleted, and an account is defined as inactive if either a) no messages has been sent from the account and the account has not been signed in to during the last 60 days, or b) if the account has not been signed in to during the last 360 days. Incomplete accounts might be deleted after 7 days, and accounts containing junk or inappropriate data might be deleted immediately.

10. Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the information you publish or display on the service or send to other members. Your profile will be available to the public, including but not limited to internet search engine services. You are responsible to keep your password safe, and you will be held responsible for any actions done with the use of your account. Slave-Market.com will NOT be held responsible for ANY information published by its members. We do not screen all members of this site and we do not inquire into the backgrounds of all members or attempt to verify their statements.

11. Losses

We are not liable for loss of data or any damages the service might cause you, your computer, or anything else related to you.

12. Warranty

We give no warranty or guarantee about the availability of the service. It is provided "as is", and may be discontinued or changed at any time without prior notice.
