1. When a slave purchases a session, the credit will go to a trusted intermediary, not to the Master/Mistress credit directly
2. The slave is permitted to cancel the session and get a full refund without conditions until the Master/Mistress confirmed the session on His/Her side (if the slave initiated it) and has sent the first task.
3. Once the Master/Mistress considers the session to be finished, He/She will mark the session as "completed"
4. The slave will then validate that the service was delivered by the Master/Mistress as expected, and the Master/Mistress account will be credited.
5. If the Master/Mistress has completed the service but the slave has not validated it within 3 days (and has not opened a dispute), the service will be considered as validated and the Master/Mistress account will be credited.
6. If the slave and the Master/Mistress disagree on the delivery status, it is possible to open a dispute and let the Slave Market team rule on the final status 7. If the dispute is decided in favor of the slave, it will be refunded of the full session amount (not gifts/apologies paid during session)/ If the dispute is decided in favor of the Dom, the Dom account will be credited of the session amount.
8. At any moment during the session, the Dom can cancel and issue a refund of the session
